| Only had personal experience with Silvertwin's shortshifter so...these are just opinions of mine through what I've learned, please take it with a grain of salt Silvertwin- Similar to Woody's but allows the shifter to sit lower than noramal, great for a navan shift knob upgrade, percise, crsip and of course short throws Woody- I *think* it has very similar chararacteristics as Silvertwin's in terms of throw length, but sits at normal height, so only the throws are shorter, everything else looks the same and most if not all Woody owners are satisified Stillen- replaces shifter arm, people who own this report that these are great, has a nice mechanical feeling of short shifts, expensive of course (look at the name), around $270 according to COZ's site Z1- similar to Stillen units, replaces shifter arm, I'm sure it would yeild nice results and the sticker isnt cheap, but you are reaplcing the arm instead of modding the stock unit, who knows, and about $100 cheaper than Stillen units Mookeh/other ebay brand- this is kind of the gray area where you can get a great product for very little money, so its a gamble in a way and research a bit before you buy thats all I can think of right now, and people would probably recommend you to upgrade the shifter bushings at the same time, bronze shifter bushings from SPL is highly recommended because you will never have to change the bushings again. Or stay with the OEM ones and probably change them around every 60k-70k miles or so depending on your driving habbits.
